We would like to understand what challenges you are facing and how we can best support you. Therefore, please include the following info into your email:

What topic/problem would you like to talk about?
Would you like to talk to one of us alone, several of us, or rather in a small group?
When would you have time to meet with us?
Is there any of us you’d prefer to talk to?

There is no need to describe exactly what you want to discuss with us. Just indicate the broader topic or problem you are seeking support for. If you would like to stay entirely anonymous to begin with, feel free to email us from a non-Uni Hamburg email address.

We promise you that all our conversations will be confidential and that your identity will be kept anonymous towards any third party.
